Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while also covering the costs of customized tailoring services. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Terms
1.1 Order Cancellations Before Production
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate the cancellation.
- If we have not yet started working on your blouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2 Order Cancellations After Production Begins
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours or after we have started the tailoring process, we may still accept the cancellation. However, a 50% cancellation fee of the total order amount will apply to cover labor and material costs already incurred.
- Orders canceled after production begins are only eligible for a partial refund as specified above.
1.3 Order Cancellations for Alterations
If you have requested alterations to an existing order, cancellations are typically not accepted due to the tailored nature of the service. Please contact our customer service team for guidance in special cases.
2. Return Policy
Since our products are made-to-order and customized to individual measurements, we do not accept returns on any finished products unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship attributable to us. This policy helps maintain high standards in our tailored creations and ensures each blouse is uniquely crafted for you.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns Due to Defects
If you believe your blouse has a defect due to tailoring errors or material faults, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Eligible defects include:
- Incorrect stitching or misalignment.
- Noticeable damage to the fabric upon delivery.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup and make any necessary corrections free of charge or provide a refund at our discretion.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment processors may have additional processing times, and you should allow for a total processing period of up to 14 business days.
3.2 Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Shipping and delivery charges (where applicable).
- Any alteration fees for customer-initiated changes after the final product is delivered.
4. Alterations and Adjustments
We understand that getting the perfect fit may sometimes require adjustments, and we are committed to making it right.
4.1 Free Alterations for Tailoring Errors
If the blouse does not fit due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect stitching based on provided measurements), we offer free alterations to correct these issues.
4.2 Customer-Initiated Adjustments
If the fit is incorrect due to customer-provided measurements or a change in preference, we are happy to make adjustments for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your alteration needs, and we will provide you with an estimate.
5. How to Request a Cancellation, Return, or Alteration
To request a cancellation, return, or alteration, please follow these steps:
