Ordering & Payment
To place an order, visit our website, select your preferred blouse style, fill out the measurement form, and schedule a pickup for your fabric.
We accept various payment options, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, you can modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support to assist you with the changes.
Currently, we do not provide fabrics. You need to provide the fabric for your blouse, and we’ll handle the rest, including stitching and design.
Yes, we do! If you’re ordering blouses for weddings, events, or large groups, we can accommodate bulk orders. Contact us for more details and special pricing for group orders.
Tailoring Process
Once you place your order and provide your measurements, we will schedule a pickup for your fabric. Our skilled tailors will create your blouse, and we will deliver it back to you.
Typically, it takes 7–10 days from the time we pick up the fabric until delivery, depending on the design’s complexity.
You need to provide the fabric for your blouse. We recommend choosing high-quality fabrics to ensure the best finish. You can also share any specific design or embellishments you’d like incorporated.
Absolutely! We welcome custom designs and special requests. You can discuss your ideas with our team when you place your order to ensure we capture your vision perfectly.
Yes, we offer lined blouses as an option. If you’d like a lined blouse, please select that option when placing your order.
Fitting & Alterations
We offer free alterations if your blouse needs adjustments after delivery. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll arrange for pickup and modifications.
You can use our Size Guide available on the website to take your measurements at home. Our team can also assist you with measurements during the fabric pickup.
If you find that adjustments are needed, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your blouse. We’ll arrange a pickup to make the necessary changes.
We offer one free alteration per blouse. Additional alterations may incur a nominal fee depending on the extent of the changes required.
Alterations usually take 3–5 days, depending on the complexity of the changes needed.
If the blouse does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by you, we will assist with alterations; however, additional charges may apply depending on the adjustments needed.
Delivery & Shipping
We provide free pickup and delivery services. Once you place your order, we will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient time for fabric pickup and delivery.
